1. Overview
At Anzwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right through easy exchanges or returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or have missing tags cannot be accepted.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Once your return is approved, the new item will be shipped as soon as we receive the original one.
4. Returns & Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards and discounted sale items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team via email at support@anzwear.com.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- We will reply with instructions and a return address.
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. For approved exchanges, outbound shipping of the new item is covered by Anzwear.
